Botanica is looking for young community leaders who are "green enthusiasts", with fresh perspectives and ideas!

This is an amazing opportunity to join what is sure to be one of Louisville's most exciting boards.

Come hear about the plans for Louisville's newest attraction, The Louisville Botanical Garden & Conservatory and how you can be a part of its success!

Hear about upcoming opportunities, including:

  1. Serve on the Botanica board of directors: As a board member, your fresh ideas and leadership will help the Louisville Botanical Garden and Conservatory reach its next stage of development.
  2. Join "Friends of The Louisville Botanical Garden & Conservatory" to assist in friendraising and awareness activities. As a Friend, you will be part of the first "Friends of LBGC" and have a chance to make a difference "from the ground up" as a member of this advocacy group. Lots of fun opportunities and your leadership is needed!

An Afternoon with Jon Carloftis

Botanica and Brightside are happy to announce "An Afternoon with Jon Carloftis".  This special event, Sunday May 23rd is a benefit for Botanica and the Louisville Botanical Garden and Conservatory as well as Brightside.

Jon Carloftis is an acclaimed garden designer and author.  For this special event he will be speaking about his new book, "Beautiful Gardens of Kentucky".

Lecture begins at 2:00pm, May 23rd at Henry Clay (604 S. 3rd St.) with book signing after.
